Supporting Individuals

We can support you in navigating your neurodivergent identity.

At ThinkDIF, we offer support that sees you—not just your diagnosis. Whether you’re exploring neurodivergence for the first time, processing a recent diagnosis, or just trying to make life feel a little less like hard work, we’re here to walk beside you with understanding, clarity, and practical tools that actually make a difference.

Our work is neuroaffirmative, person-centred and led by lived experience. We believe that coaching and support should never be about fixing you—it should be about helping you recognise what’s already there and figuring out what’s getting in the way.

We don’t believe in ‘out the box’ solutions, because no two people experience neurodivergence in the same way. What we do believe in is creating space for real conversations, honest reflection, and empowering strategies that work for your life—not just in theory, but in the real world.

From coaching and mentoring, to advocacy, post-diagnostic support, and screening tools—everything we offer is designed to support you in finding your voice, owning your needs, and moving forward with confidence.

You’re not too late. You’re not too much. You’re not on your own.

Coaching and mentoring for later diagnosed adults

Real conversations. Real change. Personalised support from someone who truly gets it.

Whether you’ve just received a diagnosis or you’re simply exploring how your brain works, our coaching and mentoring services are here to help you feel more understood, more empowered, and more in control.

At ThinkDIF, we don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. We offer space to pause, reflect, and make sense of who you are—so you can design a life and career that truly works for you.

Led by Jennifer Griffiths—neurodivergent coach, qualified workplace assessor and lived experience later diagnosed adult—we combine lived experience with evidence-based strategies. With over a decade supporting people in both personal and professional settings, we understand what works and what’s just more noise. You’ll receive guidance that’s kind, constructive, and practical.

How Coaching Can Help

Receiving a diagnosis—or even just wondering whether you might be neurodivergent—can feel like an emotional rollercoaster. Many people feel both validated and overwhelmed. Coaching creates a calm, focused space to explore your identity, make sense of your experiences, and build a toolkit for moving forward.

We support individuals with a wide range of experiences, including:

  • Late-diagnosed or self-identifying adults navigating new understanding
  • Students and early career professionals finding their feet
  • People experiencing burnout or masking fatigue
  • Individuals feeling stuck, lost or unsure how to advocate for themselves

This work is deeply personal—and it’s different for everyone. That’s why we use a flexible, person-centred approach, blending coaching, mentoring, neuroaffirmative education, and gentle challenge to help you move from confusion to clarity.

Our Services

Coaching & Mentoring

Build self-awareness, confidence, and sustainable strategies.

Whether you’re just starting to explore what being neurodivergent means for you, or you’re looking to better understand how to thrive at work or in life, our coaching offers the space to unpack it all. We support you in understanding your strengths, recognising patterns, and developing tools that actually work—on your terms.

“Jen came into my life when I was going through a really hard time. I was over 40 and had just been diagnosed with Autism (and I suspected ADHD).
I’d completely burned out and unfortunately my workplace weren’t supporting me.
Having weekly coaching sessions with Jen really helped. She was positive and affirming – in complete contrast to what I was experiencing with my employer – which allowed me to begin envisioning how I could take back control of my life and career.
I was dealing with some quite complex issues, but Jen adapted her approach successfully and always encouraged me to focus on the strengths that my neurodivergence brings; she helped me believe in myself.”

Advocacy

We walk with you when things feel overwhelming.

Navigating school, college, or workplace systems can be difficult—especially when others don’t understand your needs. We offer advocacy support for individuals who need guidance, representation, or simply someone in their corner during difficult conversations. Whether it’s speaking to employers, tutors, or navigating access to reasonable adjustments, we’re here to help.

“In the back of my mind, the word “lazy” seemed like the best way to describe myself, but Jennifer helped me realise that the moments of hyperfocus and overcommitment led to inconsistency. She showed me how to look at my schedule and recognise when a task would overload me, preventing me from giving 100%, which is what I want to give to my friends and family. I learned that it’s not always possible, but in managing my energy better, I can be a better friend, sister, colleague, and even my own best friend.”

Post-Diagnostic Support

Not sure what happens after your diagnosis? We do.

Post-diagnostic support helps you process what your diagnosis means—emotionally, practically, and personally. This isn’t just about labels; it’s about identity, acceptance, and designing a future that aligns with how you actually work. We help you make sense of it all, from reframing past experiences to planning the next steps forward.

“Although I thought I was objective about my situation, Jen truly opened my eyes. She showed me how my over-criticism of not following conventional methods was, in fact, stopping me from getting things done. Even though I didn’t initially have an issue with my masking—I knew I did it and was fine with it—by working on various parts of my life that ADHD had affected, I’ve naturally dropped some masking habits that were actually draining more energy than I realised.”

Screening Tools

An empowering first step to greater self-awareness.

Diagnosis waiting lists are growing. Our screening tools offer a safe, respectful way to explore neurodivergent traits and understand how they might show up in your day-to-day life. These aren’t diagnostic—they’re insight-driven. Whether you’re exploring a possible diagnosis or simply want to understand yourself better, our tools can highlight areas of strength and challenge, helping you identify what support might be most useful.

“I felt encouraged to grow, and now, the habits I’m still building with the tools Jen provided are already improving my quality of life, especially when it comes to managing my day-to-day tasks and I am literally taking it one day at a time. Schedule the week and then repeat ”
