We help organisations to Do It Better…
At ThinkDIF, we help organisations turn awareness into action. Whether you’re just beginning your neuroinclusion journey or looking to deepen the work you’re already doing, we provide expert, down-to-earth support that meets you where you are.
Led by Jennifer Griffiths—a Chartered MCIPD professional with a senior HR background and over a decade’s experience in people strategy—ThinkDIF understands both sides of the equation: the policy and the practice. We know how to bridge the gap between what you want to do and what you know how to do.
Because let’s be honest: you can attend a webinar, read the research, and nod along to the importance of being more neuroinclusive—but what you need is someone to show you how to actually do it, in your team, with your people, and within your existing structures.
We specialise in making inclusion practical, not performative—offering services that go beyond tick-box training to deliver lasting, meaningful change. From Workplace Needs Assessments and strategy coaching, to team sessions, toolkits and mentoring—we support individuals, leaders, and HR teams in building environments where neurodivergent people aren’t just included, but able to thrive.

Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessments
Neurodivergent individuals do not know what they need, and often you don’t either. This often leads to a build up of frustration for both the individual and the organisation. How do you bridge that gap? A Neurodiversity Workplace Needs Assessment is a structured, person-centred review that looks at the whole individual within the context of their specific role and work environment. These assessments go beyond diagnosis to identify meaningful adjustments that genuinely help neurodivergent employees thrive.
Why is it important?
Tailored support leads to improved wellbeing, performance, and retention. Workplace Needs Assessments reduce guesswork and ensure the support being offered is relevant, respectful, and rooted in lived understanding.
Why use ThinkDIF?
We don’t do box-ticking. Our assessments are neuroaffirmative and bespoke, delivered by experienced practitioners who understand the full picture—lived experience, legal duty, and what it takes to make inclusion real at work. We know our stuff and our assessments support and empower neurodivergent employees see the comparison table below for further information.

Why Workplace Needs Assessments are the Gold Standard for Neurodiversity
Unlike Access to Work or Occupational Health assessments, Workplace Needs Assessments are neurodivergent-led, role-specific, and practical. They consider not just what support is available, but how a person actually works best — blending coaching, environmental changes, emotional support, and team dynamics.
They’re not just a diagnosis response — they’re a strategy for success for everyone.
You can use Access to Work funding to support the findings and support funding these, talk to us about how you can build this support into your current workplace practices and how to best use the systems in place to help your people be at their best.
Our client says…
“Thank you, for the first time I feel heard and understood and I am so happy with how thorough the report is, I was asked what I needed at work and I just didn’t know and it just caused more tension so this has really helped me and my employer to see the challenges, how they impact me at work, and understand how I can get support through the recommendations”

Workplace Strategy Coaching
We offer 1:1 coaching designed to help neurodivergent employees identify their strengths, understand their needs, and build sustainable strategies for working well.
Why is it important?
Many neurodivergent individuals face hidden barriers that affect confidence, communication, or focus. Coaching supports self-advocacy and practical change, leading to stronger engagement and performance.
Why use ThinkDIF?
Our coaches blend deep expertise with lived insight. We don’t coach people to be more ‘normal’—we support them to be more themselves, with tools that work in their real-world job, team, and environment.
Our client says…
“The impact on me both personally and professionally has been quite significant. I feel seen and understood. I would previously get frustrated with coaching (leadership style) because I knew what I ‘should’ be doing but I could never understand why I didn’t do something or had issues with certain tasks. Being afforded the opportunity to have coaching with a neurodivergent specialist and meet with fellow neurodivergent colleagues I then became to understand myself more effectively and build strategies that have helped me both personally and professionally. Knowing you are not on your own with certain struggles is very impactful”
